Our vice president, Melanie Blow, will provide State and Federal legislative updates, including an overview of Viriginia's Law, spearheaded by Chuck Schumer. Abby Preston, our guest speaker, will then give an overview of the Safe Harbour Program, which provides confidential services at no charge for individuals, children, and families who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and human trafficking.
