Earn 4 NYS Nursing CEUs CEUs are provided by the University of Rochester School of Nursing in collaboration with the University of Rochester Center for Nursing Professional Development, which is an accredited provider.  Please complete the form you received in your email or follow the link below.

If you are LMHC, LMFT, or psychologist, you can attempt to submit the certificate of completion along with the  document at the bottom of this page for potential acceptance of 4.0 CE credits (although this conference did not have pre-approval for these licensures, criteria for approval is identical across disciplines).  *This is not a guarantee of approval, but the detailed document and certificate of completion will offer the information that can be used to determine approval by the Office of Professions should you choose to submit.   

Please be aware, attending the entire conference is required  to receive Social Work CEU's, no partial CEUs will be offered. Certificate of Completion from the Tree of Hope Counseling will be provided upon request for those who attend the entire conference.
