Katie Dingman

Katie Dingman is a caseworker and advocate committed to advancing trauma-informed, survivor-centered responses for individuals and families navigating complex challenges that include, but are not limited to, trauma, child abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking. She provides comprehensive case management, develops individualized service plans, and connects them to critical resources that support safety, stability, and long-term healing.
As a survivor of sexual assault and childhood trauma, Katie brings a deeply personal understanding of the systems survivors navigate. She uses both lived experience and professional expertise to advocate for compassionate, trauma-informed approaches that center dignity, autonomy, and survivor voice in every stage of care and intervention.
Katie is actively engaged in anti-trafficking and survivor advocacy efforts through the Rochester Regional Coalition Against Human Trafficking and other local initiatives. She is also completing forensic interview training to strengthen her capacity to support trauma-informed, child-centered investigations. As a board member, she is committed to challenging systems of harm, elevating survivor leadership, and driving meaningful structural change within the community response to exploitation and abuse.
