Tim O’Neil
Board Treasurer
Tim O’Neil retired from the corporate world in 2024 to dedicate his remaining life to hands-on serving humanity. He is the Board Treasurer at both RRCAHT and Muck Duck Studio (A Creative Empowerment Space) and is Service Coordinator at East House, helping clients with mental health and substance use challenges to receive housing, health, and human services. Tim volunteers at and supports a wide variety of organizations dedicated to fighting human trafficking (beyond just RRCAHT) and spiritual awakening.
Tim was previously employed at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI, Rochester NY) as a Technical Lead on various programs including $30M COVID emergency rental assistance to 10,000 at-risk Rochester residents. His corporate world included employment at Carestream as a Global Product Line Manager of service offerings within a $2.5B Medical/Dental X-ray solutions business improving patient care. He leverages 20+ years of experience in worldwide multi-$B corporations, driving change globally, leading programs with team sizes up to 150 and budgets up to $50,000,000.
