Tim O’Neil - Board Treasurer

Tim O’Neil retired from the corporate world in 2024 to dedicate his remaining life to hands-on serving humanity. He is Board Treasurer at both RRCAHT (Rochester Regional Coalition Against Human Trafficking) and Muck Duck Studio (A Creative Empowerment Space) and is Service Coordinator at East House helping clients with mental health and substance use challenges to receive housing, health, and human services. 

Tim volunteers / supports organizations below (many having overlapping populations and humanities needs as with organizations above): 

Fighting human trafficking 

  • Miss Julie’s School of Beauty (Rochester NY) – cosmetology school for survivors 

  • Brightstar Community (Rochester NY) – local survivor housing and support 

  • Thistle Farms (Nashville TN) – worldwide survivor housing and support 

  • Project Mona’s House (Buffalo NY) – local survivor housing and support 

  • MC Collaborative and Cameron Community Ministries Outreach (Rochester NY) - weekly street outreach to vulnerable at-risk neighborhoods 

Improving quality of life in Rochester neighborhoods - Member of Rochester Rotary Southwest 

Empowering people out of poverty – Word Vision (sponsoring a child in Burundi, Africa) 

Disaster / Recovery support – Samaritan’s Purse (e.g., relief to victims of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina) 

Spiritual Awakening 

  • Passion City Church (Atlanta GA, event setup and door holder at annual Passion Conference uniting 50,000+ college-aged students from 70+ countries in worship and prayer) 

  • Crossroads Bible Fellowship (Rochester NY, regular sermon services setup/teardown) 

Transforming charities – ZeroCharity (personally developing multi-year strategies to solve root causes of humanities problems) 

Dialogue & community building through art – Rochester Contemporary Art Center (RoCo, art show setup/teardown) 

Tim was previously employed at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI, Rochester NY) as a Technical Lead on various programs including $30M COVID emergency rental assistance to 10,000 at-risk Rochester residents. 

Tim’s corporate world included employment at Carestream as a Global Product Line Manager of service offerings within a $2.5B Medical/Dental X-ray solutions business improving patient care. 

Tim leverages 20+ years of experience in worldwide multi-$B corporations, driving change globally, leading programs with team sizes up to 150 and budgets up to $50M.
